Scope of Work – defined and explored various energy efficiency measures, giving leads on local resources (including free energy audits and other financial incentives) considering different replacement HVAC system options, and some renewable energy alternatives (corn, wind, solar).
Construction Management – implementing designs and recommendations: estimating, soliciting bids, permitting, project management, hands on labor as needed, etc…
Specific Research Tasks – provided detailed local resources and recommendations for flooring, appliances, toilet upgrade and replacement, HVAC options, financial incentives, etc…Volunteer work – articles, tours/guides, etc…
